Green Mountain Select Jennet Sale
After much thought we have decided not to have a sale in 2007. We will
miss the social event and hope that all of you know that you are welcome
at anytime for a short or long visit! Of course, we will see you along
the donkey trail thru out the year! We want to thank you for your support
over the years. We do appreciate it.

We are pleased to offer the Green Mountain Select Jennet
Sale broadcast "live" over the internet throught DVAuction Services.
To bid from your computer at home during the sale, complete this simple
two step process:
(1) Visit the DVAuction Web site at
www.dvauction.com. Register by entering
a User Name
and Password. Then enter your personal information on the next screen.
(2) Click on "Apply for Bidding."
Select the Green Mountain Select Jennet Sale from the list of sales and
click "Apply." Complete the process by filling out the Banking
and Lending information requested.
DVAuction will contact your to let you know that you have been approved
to bid and buy at the sale "live" from your computer at home.
We will also provide you with a buyer number for the sale.
After the sale you will need to contact Green Mountain Select Jennet Sale
to make arrangments for payment of your on-line purchases. You will need
to include a small buyer's premium of 2% of the purchase price when making
settlement. If you purchased an animal for $1,000 over the internet, you
would make payment of $1,020 to The Spectacular Donkey Sale.
You will also need to contact Green Mountain Select Jennet Sale to make
arrangements for the pick up or delivery of your donkey purchased through
the DVAuction broadcast. Donkeys will not be released until payment arrangments
have been made.
Note: You must have high speed internet access (DSL, T-1, or Broadband)

We plan to hold our 6th annual Green
Mountain Select Jennet Sale on June 23rd, 2007. The donkey growth in the
Eastern and Northeastern part of the US is rapidly growing. This sale
can benefit both consigners and buyers. We plan to again keep the numbers
down and the quality up. We wish to offer high quality jennets with correct
conformation, solid pedigrees and loving dispositions to new and established
breeders in this region as well as the US and Canada. Foreign interest
is at a high and we hope to also includ that market.
We encourage you to consign some of your best, represent your breeding
program to the highest and benefit from this growing industry.
Without you, the consigner, this cannot happen. We ask you to join us.
Bring your best donkeys and we will do everything we can to help you promote
your farm, your breeding program and your success in this endeavor.
We plan to attract current owners and potential owners and we will market
this event heavily in all the standard publications (ASSET, The Brayer,
Miniature Donkey Talk, and the standard equine publications in the Northeast
and Canada). We'll make it fun and educational and I'm sure we'll
sell some "mighty fine little donkeys" - we hope that yours
will be among those at this first inaugural sale. This sale will be jennets
only and we will select the best donkeys offered for placement in the
sale. There will be a limited number of animals entered as we feel that
quality outweighs quantity in terms of creating the right environment
for marketing and promoting the breed.
If we unite as breeders we can raise awareness and knowledge of our "little"
donkeys and ensure that we can all make a profit on this endeavor into
the future.
