One fine day Granny got my donkey, Angus, from Florida.
He was going to be a jack but he is happier as a gelding.
Before I was one Mom put me on his back.
He takes care of me and loves me.
He lets me ride on his bare back.
Angus and I won a trophy in my first show.
He likes Tazz the mule on the farm.
At first he was shy of the mule, then he liked her.
He goes into her shelter if the wind blows or is it snows
because he doesn't like the snow.
I love Angus and he loves me.
He will go to hay with Granny leading him but with me..no.
He is a boy donkey and he looks like he is pregnant to Mom and me.
He is a pig! He eats too much!
He is funny jumping. He got second place in that class.
He is a good donkey to people. I give him kisses and he is a good kisser
to me.
He gets along with other donkeys.
He is a smart donkey and Angus can drive.
Angus is my donkey. He likes it here in Addison, Vt.
Angus has never heard a space shuttle or seen a space shuttle.
Angus is my pal. He is a funny donkey to me!
He is a very good donkey to everyone in the world.
He is nine and a half years old. He is 34" tall.
Angus is a leader. Tazz follows him.
He has his own little stall in the barn. He likes it there.
Angus and I have stuff in common. We both like brown and we love each
other!
Once I took Angus to school. He jumped over the balance beam.
Once we dressed him up in a cowboy hat and scarf and he went to a football
game and one of the teachers had to kiss him at half time.
I am going to learn how to drive Angus this summer in the training barn.
Angus is the best donkey in the whole world!!
